I am really excited to write and share with you that it is that time again....to gather together and 'get your batteries recharged' just by being together.

Almost all of the Expat Alumni reunion planned for our 23rd annual gathering in Chattanooga, Tennessee in October is complete.

The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo places you in the heart of Chattanooga. It is within a minute walk to the Songbirds Guitar Museum and the Chattanooga Choo Choo. This upscale hotel is 1.4 Miles/2.3 km from the Tennessee Aquarium and 4 Miles/6.4 km from Ruby Falls and 5.9 Miles/9.4 km from Lookout Mountain.

The Reunion dates are below and tentative schedule...of course, things may change a bit but this gives you an idea of what to anticipate and look forward to:

Oct 14 Monday - check in early day, if you wish to have an extra day to explore the City

Oct 15 Tuesday - Meet & Greet evening reception and possible dinner together (**dinner is on your own expense**)

Oct 16 Wednesday - sightseeing in and around Chattanooga - no dinner planned.

Oct 17 Thursday - sightseeing in daytime and farewell dinner at The Public House.

Some limited wine included with dinner

Oct 18 Friday - check out

** Note**A cruise option has been considered.  It would be "an on your own option like we did in Savannah',  if we can work it

Please let me know if a riverboat cruise interests you. Due to our time in Chattanooga, a cruise may note be possible because in October, cruises are quite limited***

The room rates are guaranteed from Oct 14 through Oct 18. Rates earlier and afterwards are market rates. 

Hotel parking is quoted as $18 per day.

The MacArthur suite will be set up as a meeting/reception room 

The Tuesday, Oct 15 Meet & Greet will be held in the McArthur Suite unless we have more than we can easily accommodate
